How to add "classic introduction" to new page?

Two-part question. I created a new page and wanted to use a similar introduction from the page before. This was just an image header with text overlay. It looked like an easy thing to add in elements. I can’t find the same option. Is it called something else?

After adjusting that on the page, I want to add it to the menu, but it doesn’t even show up in my pages list to include it. How can I view it to be able to add it to the menu? Thanks!

It could be done with a section and headline element(make sure you’ve turned on the Advanced Mode):

• Please set a background image for the section first:

• Also add the top & bottom padding to this section:

• Then add the headline element to that section:

• After that add the background color to the headline:
