I inherited an existing design, but it doesn’t have a blog section. The first time I tried to add one, I broke the whole site because I used a name that all the other pages were using for one of the styles (?) - I can’t remember exactly how I broke it.
Is there a good, safe, step by step of how to add a blog section?

Thanks for posting in!
1.) First, go to Posts > Add New. Create your blog post items.
2.) Go to Pages > Add New, and create a new page entitled “Blog”
3.) Go to Settings > Reading > Your Homepage Displays and set the “Blog” as your posts page
4.) Go to Settings > Permalinks and hit save to update your permalink settings.
