Hi, we added a video background through cornerstone on our homepage xxiibrands.com
The video is self hosted.
When the site loads it takes about 3-5 seconds on our end until the video loads.
Is there something we can do for speed?
Also can we add a background image or something so while the video is loading its not a white screen?
Hi There,
Have you managed to solve the issue? it seems like there is an image loading before the video.
I would reccomend you using a shorter video and compress it to be as lighter as possible in order to load faster.
Handbrake is a great tool— http://handbrake.fr
Firefogg is another great tool (It requires Firefox. Also great if you need other formats like .webm and .ogg) http://firefogg.org
Hope it helps!
