How to add an iframe?

Hi,

I have added an iFram Code to my post:

The iFrame is shown correctly. The only problem is: when you open the post the site is jumping to that iframe.
Is there a different way to include such an iFrame?

Hey Michael,

I experienced the issue you described. Looks like there’s a third party script that make the page jump to that section. There’s nothing in the theme that does that though so please try removing that iframe code and see if the issue persists. If it does, there’s probably a custom code or third party plugin doing that. If that is the case, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins and custom scripts if you have any, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue is fixed when you remove the iframe code, it is possible that the page jump function is included in that iframe code. In this case, you should contact the iframe code provider.

Maybe the iframe isn´t the problem. Because when I look to my screenshot it jumps to the following code:

[embed]https://www.youtube.com/embed/jfv1SGdRnmI[/embed]

Can the [embed] code be the problem for the jump function?

Hi There,

The embed shortcode shouldn’t be the issue as I’ve tried with the embed code you provide and it didn’t jump to the video.

Could you please temporarily remove this iframe to see this issue persists or NOT?
