How to add a woocommerce basket icon/widget into the super fly menu ? and make it active i mean working as normal using woocommerce

SuperFly does not have that feature. However with custom development you can implement the same. Unfortunately that will fall outside the scope of support we offer. That being said I can point you in right direction to help you get started. First, please check this tutorial:
