How to add 3 column latest blog section

Hi,
I’ve done the site, all good, but I had to wait for my clients to do their blog articles, so I removed the section on the home page where the latest 3 blog articles were shown. I want to add it again now, but for the life of me cannot find how to do it. I need to show the latest 3 blog articles with the featurd images, heading and a link to the article.
