How to access the top menu?

Before I get in the child theme process to insert the Groovy Menu into the X theme, I want to test what Cornerstone have to offer in terms of sticky menu. I don’t event know how to access it, is there an easy way to get into it? Is it because the Menu is write in .php?

So I bought previously the Pro theme but I did not acknowledged that I had to upload the Pro after the X version. Now I see I have a better access to everything.
