How make a grid cell into a hyperlink

I would like to make the whole cell of a grid into a hyperlink. Is there an easy way of doing that. Alternatively, I would like to make the whole headline into a link without changing its formatting. Is that possible?

You can use the V2 Button element here. It’s very flexible. We can make it look like a grid. There’s option to add text and graphic in it.

Another option is using Essential GRID.. There’s skin editor so adjusting the design is easy.

Same with my suggestion on the first, it way easier to make the button element to look like header because the link function is already there. You can easily adjust the font size, design or any formatting. There’s also option to add an image or icon.
