How is the Parallax Effect working in the version?

It was so easy to use the parallax effect

I would like to add the same parallax effect as on my site https://www.yan-consulting.at
to the new site “http://www.suibianguopflaume.at” - but parallax is not waorking for the background image. What have i done wrong?

Please set the parallax values to this:

Basically, you can set the parallax site to be more than 100% of the image so that you could see the scroll effect.
