How does one insert this search widget below the header

Hi Support,

I would insert the code for the search widget:

into the space below the header for all pages except the blog

for this website: https://getillinoisnow.com

Screenshot for where widget is to be installed: https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1u7QLLe

Below is the resource provided by its developers for a Wordpress installation for that search widget

Once you are done kindly show me how to do in it in the future. That way I can do it myself.

Hi @bgordy0043,

I can see you are using PRO. We guide you on how to do it but unfortunately, we cannot do it for you.

Your current header, we will call it header 1. Assign this as your global header. Then duplicate this header let’s call it header 2, assign it then for blog only.

Now, edit header 1. Add another bar below current content. Add raw content element. Inside that element, add the third party code.

Hope this helps.

Support,

I did it the way you suggested however the search widget appears on the blog page which shouldn’t be the case. See screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAubPqN4

Any suggestions as to how to fix this issue on the blog page?

Thanks in advance for your kind assistance in this matter.

Hi @bgordy0043,

Please set the Header-blog head to the Posts Page so that it will be the header of the blog page which does not have the search field you have added to global header:

Hope this helps.
