How do you install Cornerstone manually?

I was receiving 502 Bad Gateway error to my website and wp admin login pages. When the tech from Bluehost check it, he removed all my plugins and disabled the ThemecoX theme. I have sinced removed and re-installed ThemecoX, but now I’m not able to get Cornerstone to work. I get this message

We attempted to installed Cornerstone (required by X) automatically, but were unable to. You may need to install Cornerstone manually. Error Details.

When I click on Error Details I get this message
Could not create directory.
with a “Nope” button.

I have searched the site and found this as the answer:

Thanks for updating in! Please download X from your dashboard (https://theme.co/apex/dashboard4). Once you have downloaded the file, you will need to unzip the x.zip file. In the x folder, browse to x/framework/plugins. This is where you will find the cornerstone.zip which you can manually install by uploading it via http://example.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload1

But it doesn’t make sense to me. I cannot find the cornerstone.zip in the x folder. Cornerstone isn’t even listed as any of the extention plugins for the theme.

How do I correct this issue? Thank you!

I found the cornerstone.zip, but where do I upload it? http://example.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload1
doesn’t seem to be an actual place to upload anything. I’m confused. Where do I upload the zip file?

More information…

So, again, where is the actual location of where I need to upload the cornerstone.zip file?

I’ve tried to upload the cornerstone.zip to the Plugin page, but it’s still not working

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Could not create directory. /home2/rosemax8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/

Plugin installation failed.

Hi there,

Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then place the unzip x directory in there.

Hope this helps.
