I am trying to figure out how this design cloud works. when i setup a new footer how do i add this ?

Thanks for writing in! Please follow this video walk-through to understand how design cloud works (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCyqo5YwvNo). If you check first 10 mins, you should be able to understand the concept.
