How do I use video from the media library in the Video Element?

Hi,
Is there a way to use a video that is uploaded to the theme library in the video element in X version 6.1.3 and cornerstone 3.1.3?
All I see is embed code.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, first please get the video URL.



Then use the Video Element as Player and paste the URL of your video on the Source field.
