How do I update Slider Revolution 6 URL's?

I build my client websites on my server and then bring them live on the clients URL once the website sis live.

In Slider Revolution 5 I could easily go in and update the URL’s with the built in URL changer.

In Slider Revolution 6 it appears they have removed this function and made a feature of the paid version via a plugin named Domain Switch.

To be honest I think this sucks! I just spent over an hour and half trying to update 1 image in Slider Revolution and cannot get the system to load from the live URL and not my Development URL.

Since the slider is bundled with X Theme I cannot contact Slider Revolution support to complain about this.

I removed the image from the top layer and changed it to solid color and made it red. When I refreshed the site I don’t see red anywhere. I changed it back to image, chose the image newly and it’s still not showing on the front end.

I installed Search and Replace and changed the URL at the Database level but hat made no difference.

I now have a live broken website over something that should be very simple.

I have no caching installed and the host is not caching either.

How can I fix this?

I had success with Go Live Update Urls plugin for changing the Slider Revolution URL’s.

With that being said, I think we all need to voice our disappointment in Theme Punch for taking away such a critical function and making a feature of the paid software.

I now consider this issue now resolved.

Thank you for updating us and we’re glad this is now resolved. Unfortunately, we don’t have control on the feature development of the plugins.
