Hi @StaceyRayne,

Thanks for reaching out.

Regretfully, there’s no option to undo the design cloud content unless if you have a backup of your website or your hosting have a backup that you could revert it back.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hey there thanks for your response!
the only backup I have is the source code from a cached version.
Is it possible for me to restore my site back to the way it was using the source code?

if not, how do I reset it to default theme? :s everything seems the same in the cornerstone editor, but the buttons aren’t showing any text and are much smaller.

is there some css code it added somewhere? how would I see and delete this?
I really don’t want to have to start all over from scratch =[

Hi Stacey,

Most hosting providers make backups available, so I would suggest contacting them, if you haven’t already, as that would be the quickest and easiest way to undo the effects that installing the Design Cloud content had.

There is no automatic way to undo installing a template within the theme, so if you cannot get a backup restored via your host, the best thing to do is to manually delete any images added to the WordPress Media Library and removing the installed template from the Template Manager. However, this isn’t a perfect solution, so you should definitely approach your host first.

Note: Please keep in mind that restoring the older backups may cause a loss of the content you updated in-between time.

Hope this helps.

They seem to have backed it up so I was able to just hit a restore button
thank you so much!

Glad that we could be of help.

Cheers!
