How do I remove the arrows in the Phone field, Convert Plus

Hi there,
For some reason, in the form I created using Convert Plus, there are these arrows appearing in the phone field. I’d really like to remove them - is it possible and how do I do that?

Please try to check the settings in the ConvertPlug editor and check the settings from there.

In case you are not able to find the source of the arrows, please provide the link to your site so that we can check it and provide a more accurate suggestion.
