How do I make a new section with full width background image?

Hey guys

Trying to make a new section with full width background image, but the background lower layer function is no where to be found.

Can anyone tell me how to make a new section with a full width background? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! To have a fullwidth section background, you will need to use the Blank - No Container | Header, Footer page template. For more details about the different page templates in the theme, please check this out:
