How Do I make a buttom link function work?

Hellllllp I’m begging you…LOL please direct me to where or how to make a button link to a specific page ? I put in the url and it doesn’t seem to work ? what information do I need to put into the # link area?

To add UR in button you need to add the address in Link section of button element. Here’s a screenshot that you can take a look.
