How do I link images outside of my site?

Hey guys,

I’m adding images and buttons to my page within cornerstone, and then those buttons will link to websites outside of mine.

However, whenever I add for example ‘www.amazon.com’ to my HREF, it takes me to mysite.com/shop/www.amazon.com instead of the actual site.

How do I get the image/button to link to external websites, rather than trying to link within mine?

Thanks

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You are partially correct in adding the url. The only problem is the url that you have adde. You must always include the http:// or https:// protocol in your url. Instead of using www.amazon.com, you will need to insert http://www.amazon.com.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
