How do I know whether a Post was created with Gutenberg or Cornerstone?

Hi there. I recently upgraded to Pro Theme from X. As I understand it, you should never edit a Post that was created in Gutenberg with Cornerstone. It’ll appear blank. I’m starting to shift people to using Cornerstone for Posts, but that means there are some Posts that should be edited with Gutenberg and some Posts that should be edited with Cornerstone. How do I tell which is which? All Posts show up both in WordPress and in Cornerstone. How do I tell the difference so I don’t accidentally delete the content of a Post?

Thanks for the help!

Hello @jlow00,

Thanks for writing in!

Please check out this old thread:

Best Regards.

Ooo that’s great! Where should I put that snippet of code?

Hey @jlow00,

You would have to use the Pro Child theme which you can download here.

You can insert the code in your child theme’s functions.php file. You may be able to access this file in Appearance > File Editor.

Hope this helps.

Worked like a charm. Thanks!
