How do i insert HTML-code in the header on the blog page?

Hi guys. I just had a techical SEO analysis made on my site, and they tell me that i need to make page numbering to my blog pages (that’s my danish translation).
I need to insert rel=“prev” and rel=“next” values in the head sections on the blog pages.
I have 3 pages on my blog.
https://fitnessformularen.dk/blog/
https://fitnessformularen.dk/blog/page/2/
https://fitnessformularen.dk/blog/page/3/
If i try to edit the two last pages it just open up the editor for the https://fitnessformularen.dk/blog/ page.
So how do i insert HTML-code in the header on the blog page(s)?
