How do I insert a Templatera template in a widget area?

Hi,

We use WPBakery Page Builder with the Total X theme and have purchased the Templatera add-on to create global elements.

I’d like to know how to insert a Templatera template in a widget area.

I saw this knowledgebase page that seems to say that there is a “Total - Templatera” but we do not have that in our widget list.

Hi @chemistry_matters,

Try adding the Total - Templatera widget to a widget area in WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets first.

Once that is done, you to Cornerstone and add the Widget area element and select the widget area where you added the Total - Templatera widget in.

In case you are not seeing the widget you are trying to add in the Widgets options of the admin area, kindly get in touch with plugin developer.

The problem is that I don’t see the Total - Templatera widget at all so I can’t add it to a widget area. Since the widget is titled “Total - Templatera” I thought that I would need to reach out to the Total theme dev for support, no?

There might be a slight confusion here.

We provide support for our products such as X Theme but you seem to be referring to another theme which is called Total theme which is not part of our support.

Kindly get in touch with them directory for support.
