I wonder if there is a way with pro theme to customize design the posts page when entering the blog?
e.g. having a grid with header, picture

Hi Frank,
The blog/post page is using a template file so if you want to customize it, you will have to do the customization to the template file using a child theme.
However, you could create a page using Cornerstone so that you can customize it and in order to place the posts on the page, you can use some of the bundled plugins with X such as The Grid and Essential Grid.
Both plugins could display and paginate all your site’s post and offers some templates that you can choose from.
