How do I get support from "X"

I have submitted tickets in the old system but never received replies. I thought I submitted a support ticket in this new system but it posted in the cummunity support forum. (maybe that is where it is supposed to post, if so my bad) But I have not received any communication from X that i will be assisted.

So my question:
How do I receive assistance from X ?
