How do I fix these issues? Remove query strings from static resources, Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding header?

So all of our sites built with x theme show similar issues.

The Website I am directly speaking to for this thread is… Thecrossing.com

When I run Speed Tests, it give us these issues.

  1. Remove query strings from static resources
  2. Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding header

If you could help me fix these issues that would be really helpful.
