my customize menu only shows widgets. I saw the thread made about this subject matter, I deactivated and reactivated cornerstone. deleted cache, backed up website. I am not wanting to delete anything until I know 100% its going to work. how has this been resolved in the past? The tread made on this subject never showed a final resolution.

I have tried to replicate the issue in the local environment, but unable to do so. It seems that there might be a few different reasons behind the issue you are having. I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to get into the exact reason behind it.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

also tried any plugins that isn’t woocommernce, to no prevail.
I flushed all cashe.
I had a bit of code in the custom css. may be the problem but the code I wrote in Customizer is not in the code in theme options. LMK what you find. How do I edit the custom CSS from the backend? Considering is not on the customer ( hence my problem),
