Apologies but I am new to this. I’m trying to upload a custom font. I found this site https://xthemetips.com/adding-your-own-font-to-x/139/ in another thread. I’ve downloaded Cyberduck and activated it for my FTP. What I can’t work out now is where to find the child theme x pro theme file in cpanel to upload the font into this file. Can you help me with this or do I need to ask Siteground?
I am using an activated child pro theme that I downloaded from your site through the appearances - theme - upload method.

Your child theme should be locates in this directory: /wp-content/themes/pro-child.

Thanks! I’ve uploaded the files under the pro-child folder. When I added them, I added the font formats as a zip file - as was downloaded from “transformer”. Should I have decompressed the file and added them separately?
And how do I open up the stylesheet.css file?

You should decompress the files and add them to pro-child/fonts/.
The stylesheet file is style.css locates in your root child theme.
