How do I fill the column with image

I am trying to duplicate this effect but cant seem to figure out how to do it.
here is the link im talking about the part where it says mixed martial arts on left and image on right I need to duplicate how that image fills the column. thanks

Hi There,

This is a background image.

You can click on the Customize tab of your column, and on the Inline CSS box write:

background-image: url(http://example.com/img.jpg);    background-position: center;    background-repeat: no-repeat;    background-size: cover;
}

After that you can add a gap element to this column and set the height to 350px for example.
