How do I enable cornerstone to an existing page?

Hey,
All my pages except the ‘‘blog’’ page has ‘‘Edit with Cornerstone’’. How do I enable CS to edit that page too? Thanks.

Hey @MaXr,

Thanks for reaching out!

To enable the Cornerstone on your blog pages, you need to go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions and enable it.

Please do note if you have any current data on your blog posts, you cannot edit them inside Cornerstone and vice versa.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, I’ve enabled the post permissions like you showed, but nothing is happening. There isn’t the ‘‘Edit with CS’’ button like on some of my other pages when I hover over it.

This is what I see when I hover on ‘‘Blog’’:

Edit | Quick Edit | Trash | View | Clone | New Draft | Rewrite & Republish

And this for ''Home:

Edit | Quick Edit | Trash | View | Clone | New Draft | Rewrite & Republish | Edit with Cornerstone

Hi @MaXr,

If you enable the Cornerstone for Posts, the Edit with Cornerstone button will appear in the Posts, not in the Blog page. Please remember that the Blog page is set to Post page and the WordPress reserve page, which can’t be edited using the Cornerstone.

Hope it helps.
Thanks
