Hi,
This morning, I received an email confirming a payment for a Pro Single subscription which I believed I had already canceled. To address this, I attempted to cancel the subscription once more by following the provided instructions.
However, I encountered an issue at the following steps:
- I clicked into the Details as instructed.
- I did not see the option to mouseover the “Click Here” link.
- Consequently, I was unable to proceed to step 3 to click into “Cancel My Subscription.”
Could you please assist me in resolving this matter and ensuring my subscription is canceled? Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
