How do I apply individual styles to elements

please tell me.
I’d like to set different styles for PC and Mobile on text elements.
I entered the class name in Text element.
and styled the additional CSS BOX.

But it is not reflected.
How do I apply individual styles to elements?

What you have done so far is correct, except that I recommend adding the Custom CSS in (Theme Options > CSS) check this screenshot:

So you have all the theme settings in one place, instead of involving the custmoizer as well.

To investigate why it’s not working, please provide us with the exact page URL having this text box, I’ve checked the URL mentioned in the Secure Note below but I couldn’t find that exact section.
