Thanks for reaching out.
You can add the image as a background image of the section and add the Text element into the column over it. For the overlay color, you may need to add the background color to the row and set the transparency to it.

Is it possible to make it look identical to the Disney text design/layout?

You may need to adjust the settings and the option values to make them identical. I would suggest you follow the way described here with the actual image and the text, if you find any difficulties with it, please let us know.

Yes, I’m finding it very difficult to replicate the text style and placement in the picture I provided. Why is it so hard to do something that should be simple?
