How do I add related posts after each post? I’m using Ethos. I don’t see it anywhere in the option.

Thank you for writing in, you mean a related posts at the bottom of each of your posts page? You can try any of the related posts plugin here.

X theme doesn’t have that functionality? To display posts that are in similar category or tag at the end of the posts?

X currently does not have that feature but I have added this to our Feature Request list so that it will be considered in future development.
