How do I add paragraphs to an excerpt?

Hi,

I am using {{dc:post:excerpt}} on my recent posts but I can’t split the excerpt into paragraphs. I have set a manual excerpt in WordPress that has <p> tags in it but that has no effect.

Thank you for the inquiry.

Please make sure that the option Preference > Settings > Rich Text > Preserve P Tags is enabled.

If the issue persists, provide the login details in the secure note so we can check it properly.

Thank you for the info. We removed the length parameter from the excerpt dc. It should be working correctly now.
