How Do I Add A Shortcode?

I can’t believe I’m asking this as I’ve built several websites using Pro Theme. But it’s a solid year and a lot has changed (for the better! Good job!). How do I add this ActiveCampaign shortcode to my page: [activecampaign form=ID css=1]

Thanks for reaching out!

Just add directly the shortcode [activecampaign form=ID css=1] to a text element or raw content element and it will show the content in the front-end.

It just shows plain text that reads [activecampaign] when I post the shortcode.

Hello Chad,

Please make sure that the Active Campaign plugin is activated. And then insert a content area or text element and then insert the [activecampaign] shortcode. If this is NOT helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Figured out the problem. I put the acronym ID where a number should have gone. Doh.
