How do create a sticky floating image?

I have a review plugin that adds a floating sticky image at the bottom left of every page which reassures people that I am highly rated on Google My Business. Great! Except - the speed of my site has been significantly reduced by this. I would like to try and find a trade off between reminding people of my great reviews and having a fast loading speed.

If so I would really appreciate your help on this one
