How do you change the logo in the header? It seems like the ‘X>Theme Options’ menu has changed.

Thanks for writing in! You should be able to access it in X > Theme Options > Headers. If you are not familiar with the new interface yet, please check out the video below:

I have a completely different ‘Theme Options’ menu from the video and not sure how to navigate to change the header. when i try to search for ‘header’ in the search options box nothing happens. @ruenel

Hi Candace,

Can you confirm that you are using the most recent version of X? It should be X 8.0.11. Check out the article here if you need any assistance with updating.

If you are using the latest version, then please check out this troubleshooting article here, and follow the instructions in the following sections:

  • Testing for Plugin Conflict
  • Child Theme
  • CSS/JS Customization
  • Disabling Cache
  • Disabling CDN

If after running through all those the problem persists, please provide us the following login credentials in a secure note, so that we can investigate further:

  • Site login URL
  • Username
  • Password
