How can you create a "template" of several sections and elements?

There must be a way to do this:

I have several posts that have the same structure:
-they all have 3 sections
-each section has 1 row
-elements in each section are Blogckquote, Text, and Image

Is there a way to make a “template” of this arrangement of sections and elements, and then reuse that in several posts? My hope is to find a solution that allows me to edit this "template"once, and have the changes reflected in all the posts that use it.

Hi There,

There is a save template feature on Cornerstone (X) and Content Builder (Pro) but those are static templates. What you’re describing is a dynamic template. Regretfully both builder does not offer this feature.

Though this is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.
