How can I recreate the menu and the following blurry subheader as I showed in the video here?

Thanks for reaching out!

I didn’t quite understand what do you mean by a blurry subheader but to create a left sidebar and right content.

1.) First, you need to create your left sidebar menus

2.) Create a page layout same as below.

3.) Add navigation Layered element on the sidebar and select your created menu

4.) Add your content to the right side and hit save then you can replicate the process to your other pages.
