How can I manually update Pro Cild Theme to 2.0.2?

When I try to upload the downloaded theme version 2.0.2 child theme server responds “Destination folder already exists.”.
How can I work around this?
Thank you.

Child themes don’t ever need to be updated. They stay at version 1.0 unless you do your own versioning changes.
