How can I make the author bio appear on the Author archive pages?

I want the bio associated with her user profile to appear at the top, similarly to how I’ve added the category description to our category pages: https://optimizeyourself.me/career/

Here’s what her author bio looks like in it’s default position at the end of a post she’s written:

Hey @gmcniel,

It’s technically possible but this would require custom development which is outside the scope of our product support. You basically need to consult with a developer to output the Author shortcode above the content.

We now do provide customization guidance through our One service plan. You may alternatively subscribe to it if you couldn’t find a developer.
