How can I make an authors slider/carrousel?

Good day!

I’m trying to create a slider or carrousel that showcase all Wordpress authors. It should contain its photo, full name, and bio. When you click on each, then you go to desired author’s page, which contains its info.

I’m failing to see where I can do this.

Can anyone tell me where I achieve that?
