How can I link an image in a global layer?

Hi, I have added an image (Se alle fiskeoppskrifter on www.findusfisketirsdag.no) and I want to insert a link to this layer. But the link option is not available to me.
How can I link it?

Hi Baard,

Thank you for writing in, are you referring to the Revolution Slider? If so, please select the said layer, then under the Action tab add a Click action then choose Simple Link, and put the Link URL.
