How can I get these to wrap?

I have a row with two columns in it, as in the image and highlighted by red oval. I want the columns to wrap on top of each other at the screen size set in the image, so the button is on top of the text How can I do that?

Thanks for reaching out.
You can change the Layout > Template by clicking on the Template label and then specify the 100% column width for the specific dimension. Please find the given screenshot describing the option.
