How can i export Revolution Slider with all of the pictures?

Right now when i export ( from the Revolution Sliders pane ), and look in to the Zip file, it has only 1 image inside it.

( i want to export the whole slider with all 33 images inside it )

Hello Jussi,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that the images were uploaded in your WP installation so that it will be included in the export. If you use direct url or image url from other sites or installation, it may not be included during the export.

Do you mean that the pictures should be in the WordPress ( installation ) Directory?

I am trying to understand ( how can i see ) where the pictures ( in the Slider ) are located, because i need to re-create the RevSliders

Hi Jussi,

If the images used in the Slider is from your Media Library, then it should be included in the exported zip file. But if not, then maybe the images that were used on the slider is coming from an external source, please check your slides and see the Main background source.

All of the files are in WordPress Media ( WPContent/Uploads/… ) Folders, but when i export the zip there is only 1 picture

I have logged in and investigated your issue. I even exported the slider and imported the slider to my local testing server. It turns out that most of your images where nowhere to be found in your server. Please see the secure note for the missing images:

You must have deleted those images. You can re upload the images and do the export/import again.

Please let us know how it goes.

But i am not understanding ( something ), the Slider Works fine itself, but when i export there are no pictures included

Also the jpg mentioned above are on the server ( apologies for the messy organization, the folder written above is a preview folder, not sure why it is on the ftp )

So i am not understanding how can the slider work okay, when the export has no pictures? The website itself was moved from another server, but the folder structures remain and are the same

Hello Jussi,

Please make sure that you have updated your WordPress core, the theme and all the plugins especially the Revolution Slider. Most of time, outdated WP, theme or plugins will create issues in your site.

And if still the import/export of the images does not work, please use the export/import again and then manually check and set the slide background images again to save you time in importing your slider to your new/other site. We will continue investigate this issue from our local testing server as this might be a bug or a conflict.
