How can I add a countdown to my site

I need to follow the procedure on the following site to add a countdown, but I don’t know where or how to do this with the Pro theme.

Thank you for writing in, but regretfully, we cannot provide support for third-party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Our Cornerstone / Content Builder has a native Countdown element, you might want to utilize that instead.

I understand completely.

Can you tell me, then, how someone would incorporate generic CSS and a script into a page? … just a generic explanation of how this COULD be accomplished in X?

Hi Michael,

You can add custom CSS on Theme Options > CSS



And custom JS on Theme Options > JS, but don’t include the <script> and </script> tag.



I would strongly advise trying the Countdown element though.
