How can i achieve the gradient effect using PRO theme?

I wish to achieve something like that . It seems that this a normal slider but it is behind the gradient photo . COuld be possible to achieve something like that using PRO theme ? Or this is just a normal slider puttint the gradient photo on front of the rest of the elements ?

This isn’t a gradient effect, it’s just a .png image with the gradient already added:

I believe you can achieve the same thing by adding this image as the lower layer background option for that section:
