Hovering over nav bar selects two buttons simultaneously

For some reason, when we are on one of our pages, when hovering over the nav bar, two menu item selections (next to each other) get highlighted together. Anyone experience this issue and know how to troubleshoot?

I would also request you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that help us to recognize the problem.
