Hovering over Creative CTA not working..... urgent help needed

I have just upgraded a new website to the latest version of X and the Creative CTA has stopped working correctly. When I hover over the CTA and it flips to the secondary state nothing is visible it just goes White.

First part of the CTA is OK, but on hover it flips away and nothing flips in to replace it, just white space but if I click on the empty space the link works, but nothing is visible, all I see is the background color.

The site I am working on is due to go live today! Please help!!!

Thanks for reaching out. Regretfully the given credentials do not work for us. It seems that the username or password is incorrect. Please double-check.

In the meantime, It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

Hi, Thanks for your reply.

I have had to move the site to the live domain due to client pressure but I managed to use a previous backup so things are working at the moment.

I will however need to update the template at sometime so I am hopeful that the issue will be resolved before I do that.

I will send you a link from my staging site once I have set it up so we can see the issues I have had…

The staging credentials you provided are not working, please update it with the correct one.
