Hover menu bar on bottom instead of top

Dear forum!

My menu has a bar that appears as a hover effect over the individual links in the menu.

However, I would like the bar to be at the very bottom under the link box and in a different color.
Can this be set in the menu or only via CSS?

It is not clear what exactly you are using here. Are you using the Particles > Primary of the Navigation Inline element in your customized header? If that is the case, you can change the direction of the bar.

If that is not the case and you have added it through something else, we need to investigate it to guide you on this. Please remember that custom CSS code is beyond the scope of Theme Support, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you on this or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
